Today I am here with another PAC product review and it's the liquid liner pen... Recently last month I have bought some PAC products, hence you can expect some more PAC product reviews in the near future...
I feel more comfortable with pen liners than the other varieties available in market... After finishing my Maybelline colossal pen liner, I was searching for a good eyeliner and came to know regarding this beauty... I love matte finish eye liners and the colossal one gives slightly glossy finish, hence I wanted to try a matte one and bought this one as it claims to give a nice matte finish look... PAC products are dirt cheep and of very good quality which attracts me to buy more and more but unfortunately these are not easily available in India... I have bought mine from Flipkart, you can check Amazon as well...
Before writing regarding my opinion, let's know what is the brand claiming about this liquid liner pen...
Brand Claims-
PAC liquid liner pen is a unique product which is perfect for defining your eyes without any application difficulty. Its professional flexible brush gives great accuracy to line and define the eyes, ensuring an even application. Enable ease of use with the optimal control to give the jet black colour. It dries up quickly and our consumers have said the below results.

Packaging -
PAC liquid liner pen comes in a pen style packaging which makes the application easy and quick... if you are in hurry like me, then this pen liner is a life saver... I apply this every time I step out... The felt tip is flexible and medium long which is just perfect to draw a perfect winged line or any other design as well .. there is a rubber gripping at the upper portion which keeps a good hold while applying... the pen is sleek in design which is again very handy to use... the cap locks properly and makes it travel-friendly...
My Opinion-
This PAC liner is intensely pigmented and gives a jet black colour even in a single swipe. It dries up quickly and settles in matte finish which I like more... The pen from makes the application so easy and smooth... The liner stays for a really long time like 10-11 hours on my lids unless I rinse it... It is not completely water proof but doesn't come out or smudge easily unless you wash or rub... It gives a nice flawless finish and doesn't peel off after few hours... I don't need a makeup remover to remove it, my cleanser only sufficient to remove effectively...
I don't feel any irritation or allergies after applying it. I am in love with this PAC liquid liner pen and planning to buy another one just to store for future, because you know, I am a greedy bird.. 😜😜
